The most favorite of my brothers!

1 c white Crisco
2 c sugar
3 c flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp soda

Mix and crumble as for pie dough. Save 1/2 cup for the topping.
Add 2 cups buttermilk. Mix and pour into a greased 9×13 pan. Sprinkle on topping. Bake 350 for 45 minutes.
